“Senior Recruiter – blue collars” is required for a reputable Chemicals company located in Maadi.
Responsibilities
– Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media etc.
– Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule.
– Interview candidates in-person for a wide range of roles
– Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from posting jobs to making offers.
Requirements
– Proven working experience as a Senior Recruiter (Blue Collars)
– People oriented and results driven.
– Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills
– Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.
