Senior Payroll Specialist
Main Responsibilities:
Handle staff attendance process to maintain HR records and comply with the HR policy & procedures
Handle all allowances transactions and Variable payments (Commission – Incentive – Service Charge) to ensure company rules
followed
Handle new banking accounts for new employees to comply with company standards
Handle the payroll process to maintain accuracy
Calculate monthly Payroll – overtime – Variable Payments percentage according to the agreed percentage to comply with HR policies and procedures.
Requirements:
– University Degree any Field, Commerce graduates is more preferable.
– 4 to 6 years’ Experience in same position (FMCG – Manufacturing) preferred
– Excellent user of MS office.
– Excellent command of English language.
