• The ability to conduct different types of interviews and handle the complete recruitment process starting from job ads to hiring the candidates and that includes sourcing,screening &interviewing candidates.
• The ability to design and implement recruiting strategies.
• Excellent communication skills.

• Good decision-making skills.
