“Senior HR Generalist” is required in a Multinational Marketing Company located in New Cairo
Main Duties:
-Responsible for the talent acquisition and recruitment processes.
-Administer compensation and benefit plans
-Assist payroll department by providing relevant employee information (e.g. leaves of absence, sick days and work schedules).
-Handling HR administrative work (Mobile claims, Medical insurance, Stationary supplies & staff care).
-Responsible of employees Contract review And Filling
-Undertake tasks around performance management
-Create regular reports and presentations, Monthly analysis report for the team performance.
-Calculate the salary for the promoter and supervisors based on the performance report on time
Requirements:
-4-6 years of Proven experience as an HR Generalist mainly “Talent Acquisition – OD – Compensations”
-Fluent in English language is a Must
-Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures
-Good knowledge of employment/labor laws
-Outstanding knowledge of MS Office, HRIS systems
-Excellent communication and people skills
