We’re looking for a “Senior Digital Marketing” for a leading GCC company that has a fast-growing team driving growth through smart marketing, seamless logistics, and customer-focused strategies.
📍Location: Mokattam- Cairo

Job Description:
• Manage the day-to-day workflow and task allocation for the internal creative team (e.g., video editors, content creators, designers).
• Develop, implement, and monitor Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for all marketing tasks to ensure on-time delivery and quality.
• Act as the primary quality control point for all creative assets before they are sent to clients, the performance team, or other internal teams.
• Serve as the main point of communication between the creative team and other departments (especially Performance Marketing, SEO, and Account Management).
• Lead and facilitate all creative and campaign brainstorming sessions, translating strategic goals into actionable creative concepts.
•Coordinate team communications and ensure information flows smoothly between all internal and external stakeholders.
•source, vet, onboard, and manage all external marketing partners, including: Freelancers (e.g., developers, copywriters), Influencers (macro and micro), UGC (User-Generated Content) creators
• Manage budgets, contracts, briefings, and deliverables for all external talent, ensuring alignment with GCC cultural nuances and campaign objectives.
• Oversee the end-to-end execution of digital marketing activities, from concept to reporting.
• Ensure all assets are prepared and delivered to the performance team in a timely manner for campaign launches (e.g., Black Friday, new product launches)

Requirements:-
• Experience: 5+ years in a digital marketing role.
• Agency Background: Proven experience working in a fast-paced marketing agency is mandatory.
• Leadership: Experience in team leadership, project management, or managing creative workflows.
• Skillset: Strong understanding of the full marketing funnel, from creative ideation to performance metrics.
• Exceptional Organization: Ability to manage multiple projects, teams, and deadlines simultaneously.
• Strong Communicator: Can articulate creative ideas to analytical teams and performance data to creative teams.
• Proactive Problem-Solver: Identifies bottlenecks in workflow or communication and implements solutions.
• Collaborative Leader: Fosters a positive team environment and bridges gaps between departments.
