Vacancy: Senior Contract’s Administrator
Department: Technical Office
Some of the duties/responsibilities:
-Negotiate terms and conditions with contractors and consultants
-Draft the Construction Contracts with both Contractors and Consultants
-Issue the Requests for Proposals to the Consultants for both design and Site supervision and handling the tendering process till award;
-Asses and determine the Claims received from both of Contractors and Consultants
-Evaluate and issue variation orders
-Coordinate and provide recommendations to the project’s team regarding contractual issues
Requirements:
-Civil or Architecture Engineering Bachelor is a must
-6 years of experience in Pre and Post Contract Administration with Developer or Project Manager/Consultant
-Previous Experience in the issuance of the Request For Proposals to Consultants is preferable
-High experience in Word and Excel is a must
-High command of English is a must
