Senior Compensation & Benefits Analyst
Location: 10th of Ramadan City
Main Duties:
– Conduct analysis of Compensation and benefits within the company.
– Communicate with all concerned parties to ensure that the payroll entries are received on time.
– Coordinate with the payroll team for the delivery of accurate and complete monthly JVs to finance
– Manage employees’ Benefits
– Perform benefits administration to include claims resolutions, update reports, approving invoices for payment and communicate benefit information to employees.
– Ensure that all people’s needs, and inquiries are resolved in the proper manner.
– Follow up and ensure payments are completed for the benefits service providers
– Develop a sound reference program for the benefit of our people.
– Develop a who’s who guide to assist our people reaching the correct person for service.
– Develop and maintain monthly reports for the YTD actuals and actual vs. budgets.
– Assist in maintaining and developing the HR policies and procedures.
– Develop and maintain a periodical benefits report.
– Maintain excellent relationships with peers and managers.
– Manage and maintain an excellent relationship with service providers.
Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in accounting or any relevant discipline
– SAP User is a Must
– 3-5 years of related experience in a Total Rewards/Compensation & Benefits role
– Previous experience in working with compensation data and analysis
– Strong Payroll Background
– Experience in supporting performance and salary review cycles.
– Advanced Computer Skills (Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
– Understanding and awareness of global benefits and compensation trends.
– Manufacturing experience would be an advantage.
– High sense of accuracy and urgency.
– Excellent command of English.
– A good sense of humor
