Aqarmap is looking to hire a Sales Operation Manager
Duties & Responsibilities:
-Measure and evaluate sales data to conclude how effective a product, sales process, or campaign has been.
-Provide troubleshooting assistance for customer orders, account statuses and relevant problems.
-Responsible for clients’ contracts operations, archiving, and issue reporting.
-Create and update sales and inventory database.
-Responsible for reservations and sales operations.
-Perform data entry tasks for sales figures, metrics, and other relevant information and maintain an organized and accessible filing system.
-Assist the sales operation manager with sales strategy development and implementation.
-Contribute to applying sales plans that expand the customer base and ensure the company maintains a strong presence in the industry.
-Responsible for preparing and delivering sales reports and data metrics to the Senior operation manager.
-Support training new employees in sales department.
Requirements:
– 3 – 5 years Experience Needed in operation.
– Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills.
– Excellent Analytical and Mathematical Skills.
– Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence
credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization.
