• Oversee the office and provide leadership to a team of employees from various departments.
• Manage all aspects of the sales process, from prospecting to closing deals, and ensure that sales.
• targets are met or exceeded.
• Lead and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve their individual and team goals.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new opportunities.
• Represent the company at conferences and events when necessary.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with other departments such as marketing, operations, and finance to ensure that sales strategies align with overall business objectives.
• Ensure all employees comply with company policies and procedures and maintain a positive work environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or related field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and presentation skills.
• Proven track record of success in sales management, with a minimum of 4 years of experience in a managerial role.
• Proficiency in English language
