Job Description:
Handle company recruitment process (Screen, filter & conduct Phone screening interviews).
Schedule, organize and conduct interviews & related tests.
Partnering with hiring managers to determine staffing needs
Performing in-person and phone interviews with candidates
Coordinating interviews with the hiring managers
Following up on the interview process status.
Job Requirements:
BSc Degree in any relevant field.
2-3 years of experience at the same field.
Ability to multitask and meet timelines on deliverable.
Ready for immediate joining.
