Top Business Group is hiring “Recruitment Specialist – Blue Collars”
Job Description
• Responsible for the whole recruitment cycle for the Blue Collar opening positions sourcing, screening, headhunting, interviewing, and placing candidates.
• Using different Sourcing techniques for blue collars channels in Egypt, organizing resumes and job applications.
• Handling clients requests and requirements
• Inform applicants about job details such as job descriptions, benefits, and conditions.
• Schedule job interviews and contact candidates as needed.
• Set, update and maintain detailed job descriptions for all the blue collars positions.
• Schedules calls and interviews
• Ensuring a reliable & conclusive pipeline database for the candidates to minimize time to fill & fulfill hiring needs for the new projects.
• Introducing new recruitment channels Enrolling & participating in job fairs.
• Presenting weekly, monthly reports
Job Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree
• 3 + years of experience in recruiting blue collars and mass hiring projects is a must
• Very good command of the written and spoken English language
• Proficient in Microsoft office
• Excellent communication, handling skills, and attention to detail.
• Outstanding organization and follow-up skills
• Ability to work under stress and handle a dynamic environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
