Job Description:
• Collaborate with technical leads, business development, and engagement teams to develop high-quality and competitive proposals.
• Manage the full bid lifecycle, including planning, coordination, and submission.
• Facilitate kick-off meetings, Go/No-Go decisions, and strategy workshops.
• Develop and maintain proposal plans, compliance matrices, and deliverable schedules.
• Review procurement documents and ensure all submissions meet client requirements.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to gather inputs and ensure alignment.
• Oversee proposal quality, formatting, and final submission checks.
• Support the preparation of presentations, client interviews, and responses to client queries.
• Lead lessons learned sessions and contribute to continuous improvement of bid processes.
• Ensure proper use of CRM tools and internal systems throughout the bid process.
Requirements:
• 10+ years of experience in bid/proposal management or a related field.
• Fluency in French and English.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and relevant digital tools.
• Strong proofreading, editing, and document review skills.
• Ability to work in a structured yet flexible manner in a fast-paced environment.
