Project Coordinator is required to join the Ministry of Planning and Economic Development.
Duties and Responsibilities:
· Monitoring the daily progress of projects
· Providing and aligning detailed updates to project managers or other stakeholders
· Ensuring team members have resources/tools they need to complete their assigned tasks on time.
· Planning meetings and organizing project logistics.
· Assisting and supporting the project managers.
· Designing and controlling the projects schedule.
· Tracking and communicating project risks and opportunities.
· Ensuring deadlines are met.
· Organizing and attending stakeholder meetings.
· Providing administrative support.
· Organizing project team meetings and recording minutes.
Job Requirements:
· Bachelor degree in Management or any related field
· 3-5 years of experience in the same field
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
· Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills.
· Excellent analytical and problem solving abilities.
· Excellent Team-management Skills.
