We are looking for a “Production Engineer” for one of India’s leading consumer products companies operating in the global beauty and wellness space, with a strong presence across Asia and Africa and products distributed in both local and international markets.
📍 Location: Saddat City
Key Responsibilities:
• Execute daily production plans to meet output targets.
• Ensure compliance with GMP, ISO 22716, and quality standards.
• Follow up on mixing, filling, and packaging operations to maintain product consistency.
• Monitor line performance and minimize downtime.
• Perform in-process quality checks and coordinate with QA on deviations.
• Maintain accurate production records and traceability documentation.
• Adhere to safety standards and support continuous improvement initiatives while coordinating with relevant departments to ensure smooth operations.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Cosmetic Science, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in personal care, cosmetics, skincare, haircare, or FMCG manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of GMP and ISO 22716 standards.
• Hands-on experience with mixing, filling, and packaging machinery.
• Good understanding of production documentation and reporting systems.
• Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing and 5S practices.
• Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP preferred)
