MultiCommerce is seeking to hire a “Procurement Specialist” to join us immediately with these criteria:
• Purchase goods or services that meet the quantity and quality expectations of the organization.
• Evaluate and negotiate contracts with vendors.
• Track inventory and restock goods when needed
• Stay up to date on industry trends and new products
• Compare available goods with industry trends to determine appropriate pricing.
• Assist in raising quotations, quotation analysis, preparing the tender and procurement documents.
• Participate in opening of tenders, quotations and evaluation.
• Implementation of approved procurement plans.
• Draft framework agreements for suppliers.
• Updating procurement status report.
• Issuing and receiving of stock.
• Preparation and maintenance of stores records.
• Stock taking, inventory and reconciliation.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or marketing with preferably a post-graduate degree.
• Procurement analysis.
• Excellent command of English language.
• Supply chain management
• Report writing.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Good coordination, problem solving and networking skills
