Italy Standard Factory is now hiring ” Plant Manager”
Responsibilities :
1- Responsible for Checking Expenses in Details , and sign every single Receipt before buying this stuff to factory and sign the sheet of expenses each month and make expenses control and this most sensitive and dangerous thing in the factory .
2- Responsible to check and manage purchasing orders and sign for each single purchasing order .
3- Responsible for checking the production , and make sure that every person in the factory start from the production manager to the youngest worker in the factory follow the production plan , and make sure that no have less production every day , and sign for production QTY produced everyday.
4- Responsible for Checking warehouse keepers in factory , and make sure that all spare parts in to warehouse with document and out with document , and must have checking for QTY in warehouse weekly and monthly , and make sure that warehouse keepers work efficiently and he the general manager must sign stock paper by himself after checking the QTY in the warehouse to be under his responsibility .
5- Responsible for Checking HR Tasks , and GM is responsible to give the job free to hire new workers or employee and must by signature from GM , and must GM Sign the Salary sheet each single month after checking there is no mistake , or sign holiday paper or sick paper , or penalty paper or even bonus paper , all of this GM Task .
6- Responsible for checking the Chief or workers and make sure that all workers working hard and no shortage in the production .
7- Responsible for making meeting with Chief of worker and chief or each department , and production manager every week to check the work process how is going , and everything is fine .
8- Responsible for signing the production plan .
9- Responsible for Firing any employee or workers not follow the factory roles .
10- Responsible for making sure that all factory working with document and signatures and there is no any problem for this document .
Experience +10 years .
