1- B . Sc in Engineering and cost control related Experience.
2- 3 to 5 years in a cost control role.
3- Commercially and financially aware.
4- Excellent skills in using MS Excel software.
5- Skillful in using MS Office (Word &PowerPoint) software.
6- Actively committed to process development.
7- Good communication skills with the ability to form and maintain good relationships.
8- Strong analytical skills.
9- Highly numerate with the ability to research, assemble manage, and manipulate numerical information.
10- Knowledge of estimating techniques.
11- Results-oriented and organized.
Job Description:
1- Establish a baseline, revised, and recovery schedules.
2- Calculate Optimal Material requirements, Manpower requirements for each stage of the projects
3- Creating a planned cash flow process for all projects and following up on the actual progress.
4- Communicate with managers and stakeholders to improve project coordination.
5-Coordinate project annual spend projections, cost reconciliations, and variance analysis
