Kasrawy Group for Automotive hiring the following position:
Office Manager for the Vice Chairman of Automotive Sector
Job Type: Full Time
Job Location: Mohandseen – Giza

Main Responsibilities:
– Oversee the day-to-day activities of the office as the main point of contact in the reception area, keeping management informed of performance with routine and requested reporting.
– Creating presentations and other management-level reports.
– Manage foreign partners visits logistics and top management logistics (flight tickets, hotel booking, Schedule, etc.)
– Oversee administrative staff.
– Ensure that all incoming communications (telephone calls, letters, Emails, etc.) are responded to professionally and reliably passed on to the appropriate persons.
– Manage and maintain required schedules.
– Follow up with all departments on daily basis.

Job Requirements:
– BSc. in any relevant field
– Automotive background is must.
– Min. 8-12 years of experience in the same position.
– Proficient in MS Office especially word& Power point.
– Excellent command of English& French language.
– Excellent communication skills
– Females Only
