El Ezz Developments is Hiring:

Office Manager (females only)

Location: New Cairo

Responsibilities:
• Perform receptionist duties: greet visitors, answer and direct phone calls.
• Oversee and support all administrative duties in the office and ensure that office is operating smoothly.
• Provide other administrative support as necessary, including scheduling group meetings, maintaining calendars, doing research, and creating reports.
• Handle and prioritize all outgoing or incoming correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages, etc.).
• Manage all external vendors that serve the office facilities, in terms of maintenance, cleaning, safety, creative design and welfare of the employees.
• Company social media supervision.
• Possibly undertaking accounting responsibilities ( company dependent ).

Requirements:
• Female is must
• Good appearance and strong personality
• Bachelor degree
• Full time
• 7 years of office management experience at least
• Experience in real estate company is preferred
• Strong time-management and people skills, flexibility, and multitasking ability
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Advanced computer skills and experience with online platforms
• Proficiency Microsoft Office, with aptitude to learn new software and systems
• Fluent in English and a good level of knowledge of French and German languages is an advantage
