International Group company working in various fields (ISO Accreditation – Environment Services – Pest Control) located in Heliopolis, Cairo

We are seeking for hiring a professional Office Coordinator with an experience of more than 1 Year.
Skills and Qualifications:
• Fluent in English.
• Expert skills using the Microsoft Office package (Word – Excel – PowerPoint – Access – Outlook). “Very Important”.
• Education Level: Bachelor’s Degree.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Friendly, service-oriented personality.
• Proficiency with common word processing and spreadsheet software.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment.

Duties and Responsibilities
• Save all files of the board members in an orderly manner so that it is easily accessible when needed.
• Attending meetings and keeping minutes.
• Maintaining the Board of Directors’ agenda and assisting in planning appointments, board meetings, conferences, etc.
• Booking of tickets and hotels for members of the Board of Directors.
• Review and arrange the incoming mail from inside and outside the company before presenting it to the members of the Board of Directors and following up on the decisions issued regarding it.
• Filing and organizing records, invoices, and other important documentation.
• Send Invitations to attend meetings of board members.
• Ensure the availability of all office and stationery tools for members of the Board of Directors.
