Job Title: Odoo Sales Executive – Retail Sector

Department: Sales / Business Development

Reports To: Sales Manager / ERP Sales Director

Location: [Office/Remotely]

Employment Type: Full-Time

Job Purpose

To identify, engage, and close sales opportunities with retail businesses in the Egyptian market by promoting and selling a self-service retail technology solution tailored specifically for the retail sector (POS, Inventory, ecommerce, Accounting, CRM, etc)

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate leads and pursue new retail business opportunities in the Egyptian market.
  • Understand the specific needs of retail businesses and propose suitable self-service retail technology solutions.
  • Present product demos highlighting key features such as POS, Inventory, Sales, CRM, and ecommerce.
  • Collaborate with technical and solution teams to tailor proposals based on client requirements.
  • Follow up with prospects, negotiate terms, and close deals.
  • Stay informed on retail technology trends and solution updates.
  • Attend industry events, expos, and trade shows to promote the solution.
  • Maintain CRM data, manage sales pipelines, and provide regular sales reports.
  • Ensure client satisfaction post-sale and coordinate with the implementation and support teams.
  • Willing to perform field work throughout the week

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in technology or SaaS solutions.
  • Experience selling to retail businesses (POS, supply chain, ecommerce).
  • Familiarity with retail-focused digital or self-service solutions.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Experience in delivering product presentations and demos.
  • Strong network and established relationships with decision-makers in the retail sector

 

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge of retail systems and technologies (POS, Inventory, ecommerce).
  • Experience in the retail technology or self-service industry.
  • Understanding of retail operations and sales workflows.
  • Fluency in English, both spoken and written.
