Job Title: Odoo Developer

Job Purpose
To design, develop, and customize Odoo ERP modules based on business requirements, ensuring high performance, scalability, and maintainability of the solution.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop custom Odoo modules and features using Python and Odoo framework.
• Customize standard Odoo modules to meet specific business needs.
• Design and implement new features, workflows, and reports.
• Integrate third-party applications with Odoo using APIs and web services.
• Perform Odoo database migrations and version upgrades.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize Odoo applications.
• Collaborate with functional consultants and clients to gather and analyze requirements.
• Write technical documentation for developed features and solutions.
• Ensure adherence to best coding practices and maintain clean, scalable code.
Required Skills & Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in Odoo development.
• Strong knowledge of Python and Odoo framework.
• Familiarity with PostgreSQL and database architecture.
• Experience with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, XML, QWeb).
• Knowledge of Odoo ORM and MVC architecture.
• Experience with Git version control system.
• Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with Odoo.sh, Odoo community and Odoo Studio.
• Familiarity with Linux server environments.
• Odoo certification is a plus.
• Experience with Docker, REST APIs, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Fluency in both Arabic and English (spoken and written) is required
