### *Job Summary:*
We are looking for a *Media Buyer* to plan, execute, monitor, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across various digital platforms. The ideal candidate is data-driven, analytical, and experienced in managing budgets to maximize ROI through paid media channels like Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads, TikTok, and others.
### *Key Responsibilities:*
* Develop and manage paid media campaigns across platforms such as Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads, YouTube, TikTok Ads, and others.
* Monitor daily campaign performance and adjust targeting, creatives, bids, and budgets to optimize results.
* Conduct audience research and competitor analysis to identify targeting opportunities.
* Collaborate with creative and content teams to produce effective ad creatives and copy.
* Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as CTR, CPM, CPL, ROAS, and Conversion Rate.
* Prepare regular performance reports and campaign analysis to guide decision-making.
* Stay updated with changes in advertising algorithms, tools, and industry best practices.
* Test different strategies including A/B testing, retargeting, and lookalike audiences.
### *Requirements:*
* Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Advertising, or related field.
* Proven experience as a Media Buyer or in digital advertising.
* Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, and other platforms.
* Strong analytical skills and experience with performance metrics and ad reporting tools.
* Ability to manage large advertising budgets and meet performance goals.
* Familiarity with landing page optimization and conversion tracking (e.g., Meta Pixel, Google Tag Manager).
* Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
### *Preferred Qualifications:*
* Certification in Meta Ads, Google Ads, or related platforms.
* Experience in e-commerce, lead generation, or B2B campaigns.
* Knowledge of email marketing funnels and CRM integration.
* Experience with tools like Google Analytics, Hotjar, or Looker Studio.
