etmana as A Part of “Elite Group” is Expanding it’s Team and we are Hiring “Logistics Coordinator” to be a part of our team
Duties and Responsibilities:
– Coordinate daily with our partners to ensure shipments deliveries and returns within a certain SLA.
– Work together with operations teams to ensure both customer and seller satisfaction according to our policies.
– Handling and following up daily on orders and create smart and prompt solutions for unusual issues.
– Support in warehouse inventory reviews and orders fulfillment.
– Create clear and detailed reports to ensure accurate tracking and calculate SLAs on every level.
– Introduce new ideas and plans to help improve the department and the business in general.
Requirements:
– +1 Years of experience in the E-commerce logistics field.
– Supportive team player with a strong drive to create a positive work environment.
– Excellent knowledge of English and Arabic (verbal and written).
– Strong organizational skills and attention to details.
– Ability to think and react in a high-energy, fast paced environment.
