EVA Pharma is looking to have an experienced “Legal Advisor” to join EVA international. Please check the following questions:
. Did you draft, review, negotiate or finalize a bilingual different type of contracts/agreements, upon due time and with 100% accuracy before?
. Did you provide effective management of legal contractual risks arising from service contracts? And ensure the Company operates within the applicable legal and regulatory frameworks?
. Did you provide proper and proactive management of a legal claim by ensuring prompt amicable settlement at optimal cost to achieve high levels of client satisfaction and cost cutting for the Company?

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience:
. LLB is required (an LLM is a plus).
. Minimum 4+ years experience in a multinational company or corporate legal firm is required.
. Experience in contracts (license agreements, distribution, agency and manufacturing agreements), TMT, healthcare industry, IP and medical services contracts would be a plus.
. Fluency in Arabic & English languages (spoken & written) is a must.
. Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
. Excellent skills in drafting legal reports on issues and proposing solutions.
