Learning and development specialist
Location: 10th of Ramadan City
Job Responsibilities:
· Identify and assess the submitted training needs.
· Meet with managers and supervisors to ascertain needs.
· Conduct surveys and follow the training courses’ action plans.
· Develop, organize, conduct, and evaluate training programs.
· Create teaching materials and literature.
· Hold meetings and presentations on learning material.
· Conduct on-the-job training for newly hired supervisors.
· Help employees improve upon or enhance existing skills.
· Develop programs that groom lower-level employees for executive positions.
· Evaluate training effectiveness.
· Modify training programs.
Job Responsibilities:
· 2 years’ experience in L&D
· BA, in business or equivalent
· Good Command of English
· Expert in Microsoft applications
