“IT Supervisor” #New_Cairo
Key Job Responsibilities:
1- System administration (installing/maintaining operating system, anti-virus, E-mail).
2- Responsible for WDS (Windows Deployment Service), file sharing (structure and permission).
3- Acting as technical project lead for new business-initiated projects and handing them over to the designated team for daily operation.
4-Network administration: Technical and administrative control of the LAN.
5-End user support/help desk.
6-Monitor Internet connection (speed & stability).
7-Install and support SAP system.
8-Install and support VPN connection with the HQ.
9-Purchasing and control stock for (Laptops, toners & Etc…).
10-Directs technological research by studying organization goals and strategies.
11-Handle monthly and Quarter budget and ensure cost-effectiveness.
12-Design, develop, implement and coordinate systems, policies and procedures.
13-Identify problematic areas and implement strategic solutions in time.
14- Understanding New IT Application Software & Hardware requirements from all departments and procurement of equipment, Application Software, IT Consumables, Licensing Software within Budgeted amount.
Qualifications:
-Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology.
-5 years of hands-on experience in a large organization.
-3 years of experience in end user support.
-Fair knowledge of windows server administration, firewall and antiviruses server.
-Good knowledge of network administration and design.
-Understanding of project management methodologies.
-Good Knowledge of data security.
Certificate:
-SAP
-ITIL
-CCNA
-Microsoft certified Windows server administrator
