IT Specialist is required with the following requirements:
· Offer technical support to company staff and troubleshoot computer problems
· Perform installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of Hardware, Software, and LAN / WAN infrastructure.
· Troubleshoot the network and system services (CRM, Printing, Email service, Cameras, VPN, and Internet access).
· Apply the application of all IT policies and regulations.
· Provide Technical Support for Hardware and Software Issues
· Ensuring data storage is safe and secure.
· Resolving all issues coworkers have with their IT systems and software.
· Educating coworkers about network security and best practices for computer usage.
· Supporting the day-to-day operations of PCs and networks
Candidate should have:
· Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field required.
· 2:4 years of experience in a similar role
· Good Knowledge of MCSA, CCNA, ESXI, VOIP and firewalls.
· Familiar with a range of software and hardware
· Good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices and other tech products.
· Working knowledge of relevant operating systems, software and programming
· Excellent communication skills
· Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
· Great customer service and interpersonal skills
· Prefer residence nearby New Cairo
