IT Help Desk Engineer (0-1 Years of Experience)
Scope of Work:
Provide fast and useful technical assistance on computer systems. And answer queries on basic technical issues and offer advice to solve them.
Requirements :
– Bachelor’s degree in related field (#Information_Technology, #Computer_Science).
– 0-1 year of experience.
– Knowledge of 𝐌𝐢𝐜𝐫𝐨𝐬𝐨𝐟𝐭 𝟑𝟔𝟓, Microsoft Servers, and Sophos.
– 𝑨𝒃𝒊𝒍𝒊𝒕𝒚 𝒕𝒐 𝒅𝒐 𝒐𝒄𝒄𝒂𝒔𝒊𝒐𝒏𝒂𝒍 𝒔𝒊𝒕𝒆 𝒗𝒊𝒔𝒊𝒕𝒔 (𝑰𝒏𝒔𝒊𝒅𝒆 𝑪𝒂𝒊𝒓𝒐).
– Very good communication skills.
Work conditions:
– Work location: Heliopolis.
– Working Hours: From 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM.
– Days off: 2 Days (Friday & Saturday).
