Job Description:.
1-Taking users through a series of actions, either face to face or over the telephone to help set up systems or resolve issues .
2-follow up with users to ensure issue has been resolved .
3-Fixing laptops and desktops hardware and replacing parts as required.
4-Providing support, including procedural documentation and relevant reports.
5-provide accurate information on IT products or services
6-Setting up new users’ accounts, profiles and dealing with password issues.
7-Setting up necessary requirements to run internal workflow system
8- knowledge on mac is preferred .
Experience : 0 – 2 years
