HR Supervisor is needed for salutem
Requirements:
1.Bachelor degree in Commerce or Business Administration.
2.Minimum 4 years of experience in HR .

Job Description:
o Set training policies and procedures
o Identify training and development by designing the annual training plan
o Prepare the annual training budget & ensure setting all related activities within budgetary limit
o Set performance management policy & procedure
o Set KPI’s for each position
o Recommend changes to performance management system to ensure it is aligned with the overall company strategy and vision.
o Set organization chart & updated it on monthly basis
o Monitor incoming resumes through different sources, screening &classify the CVs according to Specialization, Experience…etc.
o Communicating with other departments, employees, applicants, administrators, and staff provide information and assistance regarding recruitment, probation period, transfers.
o Screening CV’s searching for qualified candidates according to relevant job criteria & prepare short list for staff level position.
o Conducting initial interview & Prepare Short listed candidates to go for assessment for managers, scheduling interview’s appointment with the short list candidates & the line managers.
o Handling all recruitments reports.
o Develop & update Job Description regularly (Change in grade, reporting to, job enrichment,…..)
o Verify and input pay and data changes through calculating the variation in the Monthly salary components (deductions – bonuses – overtime – mobile fees – transportation allowances …etc) to ensure that payroll database reflects current and accurate information

Monitor employees’ database system by recording and updating hiring, resignations, transfers…etc in order to ensure accurate database.
Process and maintain personnel records and files by following up the employees’ credentials completion and developing personnel files for new comers to ensure adherence to personnel filing system.
Administer placement procedures by issuing employment contracts for newly hired according to Labor Law and existing salary scale to guarantee both employee and company rights.
Handle employees’ insurance procedures through delivering insurance check to Insurance Authority and preparing Form 2.
Handle internal disputes or contraventions to together with company lawyer by conducting internal investigations with concerned employee in accordance with direct supervisor aiming to keep good employee relations and take right action with violating employees.
Administer leave balance by receiving all leave requests, updating leave balance in the system, and informing Management with available balance to enable them taking the right action.
