Due to opining new factories,We are looking for HR Specialist (personnel) to join in Arab Union Glass factory 5th settlement with the following requirements:
Job responsibilities
• Monitor employees’ database system by recording and updating hiring, resignations, transfers…etc in order to ensure accurate database.
• Administer placement procedures by issuing employment contracts for newly hired according to Labor Law and existing salary scale to guarantee both employee and company rights.
• Follow up probation periods to proceed with termination if required.
• Prepares reports by compiling summaries of earnings, taxes, deductions, leave, disability, and nontaxable wages.
• Handle employees’ insurance procedures through delivering insurance check to Insurance Authority and preparing Form 1,2 and 6
• Ensure payroll records meets 100% taxation and labor law compliance standards
• Assist in keeping employees / company informed of all changes in personnel policies and problems and proposing solution to any complain if received.
Job Requirements:
– Suitable qualification.
– from 3 to 5 experience
– Solid understanding of labor legislation
– English level: good
– Cairo resident is must
