“”Job Description””
–Prepared Annual Manpower Plan to defining staffing needs.
-Manage & Coordinate All Recruitment Activities initially from Job announcement to providing an offer, Orientation, and on-boarding program.
-Attending job fairs to get new comers and making database for candidates.
-Redesign JD, Sub organization chart
-Manage and design a best practice for all performance management methods & systems.
-Identify Training & learning Needs Assessment & Methods. (TNA).
-Provide training to all new and current employees that align with mission & business strategy.
-Coordinate and Monitor training activities.
-Assess the overall performance of the organization by (KPI).
-Ensures effective implementation of employee performance appraisal policies and procedures.
-Assisting the HR Manager in creating all HR policies.




“”Job Requirements“”
– Bachelor degree.
– From 4 to 6 years of experience in Recruitment, Training, and OD.
– Extensive knowledge of MS Office.
– Very good English language.
– Preferred HR diploma.
