NASPS is looking for an HR personnel supervisor

Job Description:
1- Coordinating and monitoring employee leaves through the designated leave system.
2- Organizing and maintaining employee files.
3- Tracking missing documents and ensuring employee insurance status.
4- Monitoring employee vacations and assignments.
5- Implementing training and development programs for department employees.
6-Distributing tasks among department staff.
7- Send reports on salary changes and suspensions to the payroll department.
7- Processing insurance forms for employees.
8- Tracking missing documents and previous/current insurance status of employees.
9- Monitoring the insurance status of employees by liaising with the insurance representative.
10 – Send new appointment codes to the security department for issuing access permits.
11-Preparing contracts and documents related to appointments for signing.
Preparing Form 2 for employees in the organization.
12- Delivering appointment documents to resigning employees after ensuring all relevant signatures for clearance.
13- Supervising the preparation for the periodic annual review (ISO-PCI).
14-Keeping abreast of changes in employment laws and regulations and ensuring HR policies and practices are in compliance.
15-Maintaining accurate and up-to-date HR records and documentation.

requirements

1- Education: A bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field is often required.

2- Previous experience in human resources is typically required, with a minimum of 5-7 years of experience in HR roles.

3- Experience in a supervisory or managerial capacity is a must.

4- Knowledge of HR practices and laws: A strong understanding of human resources principles, practices, and employment laws is essential.

5- Leadership and management skills are necessary to effectively oversee and guide your team.

6-The ability to communicate clearly, listen actively, and convey information in a professional manner is crucial.

7- Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

8- The ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize workload, and meet deadlines is essential in a fast-paced HR environment.

9- Confidentiality and integrity

10- Computer proficiency using HRIS and strong computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), are typically required.
