Job Title: HR Manager for HOHO electrical & furniture co
Job Description
Location: Egypt – Beni Suef
Establish HR processes, ensure compliance with local and middle east labour laws and regulations. ·
Prepares employees for assignments by establishing and conducting orientation and training programs.
Conduct annual performance evaluation of employee.
Ensure corporate culture is well established in the regions assigned.
Overseeing exit interviews and procedures.
Planning and coordinating administrative procedures and systems and devising ways to streamline processes.
Monitor inventory of office supplies and the purchasing of new material with attention to budgetary constraints.
Be responsible for visa application, ticket, and hotel reservation if any
Manage all HR operations, HR systems, training, recruitment, compensation and benefits, and employee relations for the Regions assigned )

Skills
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field required.
A minimum of 10 to 15 years of human resource management experience preferred.
Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations (Egypt, Saudi, UAE, Kuwait) ·
Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
