We are hiring an “HR Generalist Supervisor” for a leading Saudi company specializing in Transportation, Logistics, and Supply Chain. Established in 2017, the company provides international-standard shipping services for importers and exporters.

Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise and support the HR Generalists team in day-to-day operations.
• Oversee recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal HR policies.
• Monitor performance management processes and support managers in appraisals.
• Develop and implement HR programs to enhance employee engagement and retention.
• Prepare HR reports and analytics for management decision-making.
• Support training and development initiatives across departments.
• Coordinate compensation and benefits administration.
• Ensure proper documentation, record-keeping, and HR systems updates.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in human resources or business administration.
• 3/5 years of HR experience, including at least 2 years in a supervisory/lead role
• Hands-on experience with HRIS systems and MS Office.
• Proven experience in recruitment and talent acquisition, especially within Supply Chain or Logistics functions.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
