With the expansion of our company we are looking to hire 3 HR Generalists to join our family.
– Duties :
o Complete the social insurance procedures for S1, S2 & S6
o Digitalize the employees’ records for : new hires, resignations and internal transfers
o Handle employees’ medical insurance
o Deal with the employees’ relations and handle the staff issues
o Track employees’ attendance
o Track the employee’s vacation and sick leaves and recording them
o Support in the recruitment process and training & development coordination
– Job Requirements:
o Excellent written and verbal English
o 0-3 years of experience in the HR field
o Excellent user for Microsoft ( Word, Excel and Power point)
o Communication and presentation skills
