AKL Auto Feeding Industries is hiring:
HR Generalist
Which is: 1- Assists in Recruitment and hiring process
2- Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form
3- Provide support to employees in various HR-related and resolve any issues that may arise.
4- Develop social insurance process for employees
5- Participate in employee onboarding and help organize training & development initiatives.
6- Assist in development and implementation of human resource policies
7- Participate in tasks related to performance management
With the below requirements:
1- Bachelor Degree of Commerce or any relevant
2- Good command of English
3- Very Good office skills
4- Experience (1-3) year-s in HR Functions
5- Good interpersonal skills
Full Time employment
Location: Cairo, Kournish El-Nile, Aghakhan, Shoubra.
