Sukari Gold Mine (SGM) is hiring an “HR Generalist”: –
Job Description :
– Support the HR Business Partners with day to day activities.
– Provide personnel policy and procedure guidance to employees and management.
– Maintain up-to-date knowledge of employment law and compliance requirements.
– Co-ordinate enrollments, changes, and training for .employee benefits programs.
– Coordinate training requested by departments Respond to human resources-related inquiries.
– Assist with payroll processing as required.
– Administer new employee on-boarding, induction .and orientation
– Maintain and support talent management processes
– Process complaints and assist in any necessary investigations and disciplinary actions
Conduct exit interviews and recommend corrective .action if necessary
Requirements:
– BSc/BA in Business administration or relevant field.
– Preferably HR diploma or HR Certificate.
– SAP User.
– 3-5 years of experience.
– Any Gender
– Excellent communication and people skills.
– Good knowledge of employment/labour laws.
– Excellent command of both written and spoken English.
– Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods.
– Outstanding knowledge of MS Office.
