Job Title: HR Admin.
Job description:
1- Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate departments or individuals.
2- Answer telephones and respond to inquiries via telephone or email.
3- Book meeting rooms, set up conference calls and take messages and minutes during meetings.
4- Perform administrative related to HR tasks, including filing and Scan.
5- Write emails, memos and letters
6-. Update Database.
7- Mange all buffet staff.
8- Prepare all Hiring and Resignation Documents.
Job Requirements:
1- Bachelor’s degree
2- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
3- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
4- Experience from 6 month to 1 year in HR
5- English (good level).
