– Job Description
– Design and implement overall recruiting strategy
– Responsible for fulfilling existing opening vacancies and future job opportunities to ensure that the recruitment and hiring process is in line with the man power plan.
– Developing recruitment process
– On board new employees to become fully integrated
– Responsible for performance appraisals for the R staff to know the feedback of probation period
– Forecast hiring needs and ensure recruitment process runs smoothly
– Responsible for job analysis process, job evaluation, writing job description.
– Prepare, update, analyze organization structure
– Coordinating with department managers to identify staffing needs.
– Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in-person interviews
– Design job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each position’s requirements
– Forecast quarter and annual hiring needs by department
– Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates
*Job Requirements
– Minimum Qualifications: BA Degree
– Minimum Experience: 4-7 Years
– Excellent communication skills
– leadership skills
– Excellent computer skills
– HR Certificate is a must
