NOVY Egypt is now hiring Graphic Designer!
Job Duties:
· Create concepts, sketch, design options for new product packaging, POS materials & other marketing tools.
· Maintain brand consistency throughout all marketing, packaging materials.
· Work closely with marketing team and providing concepts or ideas with regarding to marketing plans / new initiatives (new products, activation, exhibitions).
· Collaborating with internal functions (R&D, quality, purchasing, export, trade marketing) to ensure achieving business objectives.
· Collaborating with external partners such as packaging print houses, advertising agencies, activation agencies, social media agencies to ensure proper use & implementation of packaging & co. designs.
· Suggest and improve the tonality and performance of all the graphics used inside the organizations & across social media accounts.
· Regularly track and get insights into new design trends or concepts.
· Support and suggest cost reduction initiatives for packaging, printing materials in coordination with marketing, R&D, quality & purchasing team.
Job Requirements:
· BSc degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts or relevant field
· 4-8 Years of Experience
· Experience in packaging printing (metalize film & color separation – offset box / carton) & supervise production of marketing materials.
· Proficiency with required desktop publishing tools, including Photoshop, Illustrator & InDesign.
· Demonstrate graphic design skills with a strong portfolio.
· Creative, Flexible, Sharp Eye with Attention to detail, Deadline-oriented.
· Fluent English speaking, reading, and writing.
· Additional qualification in web design or animation or 3D is a plus.
· Team player with leadership and communication skills needed to get others behind projects managed.
