We are looking for a “Sr. Government Relations Specialist” for a Riyadh-based corporate services and consulting firm founded in 2005. The company’s business model focuses on business setup, regulatory support, and outsourced operational services, helping local and international companies establish and scale their operations in Saudi Arabia.

Job Requirements:
• Strong experience with Saudi regulatory processes, including “MISA licensing procedures, Commercial Registration (CR) issuance, Ministry of Commerce procedures, ZATCA registration, GOSI, Qiwa, Muqeem, Absher Business, Mudad, Chamber of Commerce portals and compliance systems.”
• Relevant certifications in government relations or compliance are considered a plus.
• Strong experience in investor communication and stakeholder management.
• Ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously under tight deadlines.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
• Experience working in fast-paced startup environments is highly preferred.
• High level of adaptability and flexibility in handling regulatory changes.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in law, business administration, public administration, or a related field.
• 4–5+ years of experience in Company formation and business setup in Saudi Arabia
• Experience with Government relations (GRO) roles within business setup firms
