A “Financial Planning & Analysis Senior Specialist“.
Responsibilities:
• Leading the financial planning, forecasting, reporting, and analysis across the business.
• Providing commercial insight and analysis of results, identifying underlying trends and challenging the business on performance.
• Responsibility for producing accurate and timely management reports, including an analysis of sales and operational expenditure.
• Supporting decision-making by providing stakeholders with timely, detailed, and meaningful insights and visibility on business performance.
• Analyzing financial and operational results to better understand company performance.
• Taking ownership of performance management for the business, including identifying and reporting KPIs linked to company strategy and driving positive actions.
• Preparing financial forecasts and budgets.
• Supporting the strategic planning and strategic initiatives of the company.
• Supporting and challenging the sales and operations teams with financial issues, including providing financial training.
• Adopting a partner/challenger role in evaluating business plans.
• Ensuring the integrity of financial data supplied by the financial accounting team to other areas of the business and to external stakeholders.
Requirements:
• BA/BS degree or equivalent.
• Minimum 6 years’ experience in a similar role.
• Must have excellent analytical skills as well as a strong business acumen.
• Very good English communication.
• SAP experience is a must.
• Excellent interpersonal and skills, with the ability build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Advanced computer software skills, highly proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.
• A Clear military status.
• Only Egyptians.
