EOC (Emergency Operation Center) Team Leader opportunity in KSA is highly required to be outsourced in a governmental organization with the following qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field.
– Proven track record for managing teams.
– Experience in server, networking and client platform technologies.
– Experience in IT Service Management frameworks.
– Proven ability to multi-task between technology and teams.
– Build team member individual development and manage team scheduling of resources.
– Lead/Facilitate incident and problem resolution including critical with team lead role.
– Experienced in monitoring and managing IT infrastructure systems around 24×7.
– Relative experience of 5+ years.
