TE data is currently hiring the following position “Dot net Supervisor”
Main Responsibilities
• Design and develop software by implementing highly demanded features and enhancements.
• Determining project requirements and developing work schedules for the team.
• Deliver milestones within scope, time and resources.
• Drive project planning and scheduling.
• Ensuring projects are completed to standard.
• Analyzing existing operations and scheduling training sessions and meetings to discuss improvements.
• Keeping up-to-date with industry trends and developments.
• Working closely with Developers, DevOps Engineers, System Engineers, Account Managers and Product Managers.
• Drive code review sessions with team members.
• Identifying and removing bottlenecks that impede the progress of projects.
• Solving issues and developing workarounds and alternative solutions.
• Ensuring the regular delivery of projects and products in accordance with agile methodologies.
• Analyze problems and locate bottlenecks across different applications.
• Abide with coding standards and apply unit testing.
• Write functional specifications and design documentation.
Required skills, knowledge and experience:
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Software, or a related discipline or the equivalent.
• 4-6 years of experience in the software field.
• Computer science expert in object-oriented design, data structures, algorithm design and analysis.
• Exceptional coding abilities and experience with architectural patterns of large, high-scale distributed applications.
• Experience in Sockets / Threads is preferred.
• Design Patterns, UML, Static and dynamic analysis is a plus.
• Preferably has programming skills for interpreted languages (Python, Tcl/TK and XML).
• Hardware protocols knowledge is a plus!
• Highly developed communication skills, including the ability to present ideas and share your knowledge with others.
• Hands-on 4-6 years of relevant engineering work experience and 4-6 years hands-on technical management experience in shipping large-scale projects with multiple dependencies across teams.
• Solid experience as C# Developer, databases (SQL, etc)
• Strong integration and configuration skills are required
• Experience in Telecom domain SNMP, OSS & BSS will be an added advantage.
• Experience in Telecom inventory management is a must.
• Strong analytical skills to analyze the customer requirements and translate them into functional requirements.
• Ability to create product demonstrations based on client needs.
• Ability to work in a dynamic environment in which the requirements are not always well defined, and requirements and priorities change frequently.
• Strong attention to detail while maintaining sight of the big picture.
