A fresh graduate is required for a position “Customer Service Agent ” for immediate hiring in well-known Company .
Work Location: Sheraton – Dokki .
Main Job Duties:
· Receive Clients with cheerfulness and good hospitality
· Give clients full details on all our services face to face and on the phone
· Make confirmation calls and service follow up calls.
Requirements:
. Bachelor’s Degree is a must.
· Presentable appearance and attitude.
. Good interpersonal communication and coordination skills, a strong sense of responsibility and execution, able to withstand the pressure of work
. High customer service orientation.
