We are looking for a “Consumer Engagement Executive” for a leading multinational company operating in over 180 countries, that’s driving a transformation toward smoke-free and innovative consumer products.

Job Description:
· Assist in the deployment of engagement toolboxes based on the brand strategy to enhance consumer experience.
· Help ensure brand consistency across events and touchpoints in collaboration with internal teams.
· Support the preparation of branded content for offline and online channels to deliver a smooth, cohesive omnichannel journey.
· Assist in organizing and coordinating events, activations, and product experiences.
· Support the setup, execution, and operations of events to ensure a positive consumer experience.
· Assist in monitoring the quality of execution and share feedback for continuous improvement.
· Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., marketing, sales, digital) to support consumer engagement activities.
· Communicate event needs, timelines, and deliverables with relevant stakeholders as directed by senior team members.
· Help ensure smooth transitions between offline and online engagement channels.
· Support the collection of consumer feedback and insights to contribute to improving the engagement journey.
· Assist in tracking engagement activities and summarizing basic performance indicators.
· Support in compiling event reports, consumer feedback, and engagement learnings.
Requirements:
• Min 1 year of experience in consumer engagement, brand activations, events, FMCG, hospitality, or customer-facing roles.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
• Fluency in English and Arabic.
• Good organizational and coordination abilities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
• Creative mindset with problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
