#Experience: 1 – 2 years.
– Bachelor’s degree.
– Male is Preferred.
– Advanced excel knowledge is required.
– Presentable and good communication skills.
Job Requirements:
– Create project accounts in the accounting system.
– Authorize access to project accounts.
– Authorize the transfer of expenses in and out of projects related to accounts.
– Review and approve the time sheets for work related to the project.
– Report to management regarding the remaining funding available for the project.
– Create or approve all projects related to billing customers.
– Respond to requests for more detail from the project manager.
– Close out project accounts upon project completion.
– Responsible for approving projects’ financial expanses.
– Following up with the warehouse inside the site.
