* Main duties & responsibilities are as follows:
– Developing the annual staff cost Budget.
– Supervising the implementation of total remuneration scheme and transactions within the Bank.
– Designing compensation plans and tailoring benefit programs that help improving employee satisfaction and to create a productive workplace.
– Developing a proposed salary structure and remuneration policies.
– Preparing the monthly reports to the Sector Head.
– Conducting Compensation and Benefits annual Surveys and preparing the required market analysis.
* Requirements are as follows:-
– Graduated from Commerce/ Business Administration or related.
– Minimum years of experience not less than 10 years in HR Sector in the banking field.
– Very good command of Spoken & Written English language.
– Excellent in using advanced Excel.
* Required Skills:-
– Professional skills in job evaluation and how to build grade and salary structure.
– Sold experience with payroll system.
– Sold experience in building compensation and benefits plans and bonus programs for various departments and seniority levels.
– Good analytical skills.
